Objective

Remove all 28 pyramid cards by pairing cards that total 13. Clear the pyramid to win.

Setup

28 cards laid out in a pyramid of 7 rows. Overlapping cards cover those below. The remaining 24 cards form the stock.

Gameplay

Card values: Aces = 1, Jacks = 11, Queens = 12, Kings = 13.
Pairs: Remove two uncovered cards that total 13. Kings are removed alone.
Stock: Deal a card from the stock to the waste when no pairs exist. The top waste card is playable.

How to Win

Pyramid pairs cards that sum to 13 (King = 13 alone, Queen = 12, Jack = 11, etc.). Remove pairs to clear the pyramid. Cards must be fully uncovered to play. The stock is used when no pyramid pairs are available. Expose high-value cards (Kings, Queens) early so they don’t get blocked. Prioritize removing cards that uncover multiple cards beneath. Sometimes it helps to delay a move if it would block a better option. Use the stock strategically—each draw gives you new options. Track which pairs you need. If a 7 is buried, you’ll need a 6 to pair with it. Clear the bottom rows first when possible to open the pyramid. Not every game is winnable, but careful sequencing and stock management improve your odds.
